Food... what can I say about food?! Well it's amazing, delicious, and so yummy.... and I hope you were thinking about fruit, vegetables, and other fresh food when I said that ;). One of the most difficult things is cooking and making healthy choices about food. All you have to do is think. Figure out how many calories you should be consuming in a day and pick the right foods that will fill you up and offer all the nutrients you need. Plan meals for the week in advance so when you go to grocery store you know exactly what you need and it can help prevent buying any unnecessary junk food. Along with preparing your meals in advance, before you go out to a restaurant look up it up online, look at the nutrient facts about their food, and pick out what you will order ahead of time. Deciding what to order before will help because there is no need to look through the menu, and we all know those pictures of desserts and burgers are mighty tempting. It's all about give and take. A little bit of thought and preparation can lead to healthier, and smarter choices. Always remember diets can work but they only last while you are on them. Make eating healthy and working out a lifestyle so being the best you is possible 24/7! :)
